Until about a year ago, I was director in planning and setting up content ecosystems for digital startups. I traversed roles across marketing and communications, branding, planning, writing and packaging content for lifestyle verticals that included health and wellness, fashion and tech, shopping and so on. In the course of my career, I wore many hats from Writer and Editor for newspapers such as The Asian Age and several lifestyle magazines to Product Manager setting up online initiatives for organisations. Some of these initiatives were directed toward making urban citizens self sufficient for a non-profit working on India’s city systems backed by Omidyar Network and Google. My most recent and exciting gig was at a fashion startup called Chola the Label where along with crafting communications for Lakme Fashion Week A/W 2017 and setting up systems and processes, I ended up crafting garments for the runway for Sustainable Fashion Day, #RestartFashion, LFW.

I am passionate about design be it textiles, fashion or interiors, and I love to build stories around them.

Currently, I am a full time mom and part time writer.

I am a voracious reader, experimental foodie, amateur photographer, design enthusiast and an intrepid traveller. I started this blog as a journal to document my travels and capture the intersection of people, culture, food, art, and everything else in between.
